How to clean the wool and silk carpets at home:

1. You can clean the face and the back of the carpet by using the vacuum cleaner.

2. The carpet can be washed by cold water in all direction by using a small brush.

3. Put some shampoo, especial shampoo for cleaning carpets without sodium with some cold water and brush it with a small brush.

4. Clean the carpet by cold water in all directions well to remove the shampoo.

5. Comb the carpet by piece of wood in the knot direction.

6. Stand the rolled carpet for half an hour.

7. Comb the carpet by a piece of wood to remove the water.

8. Roll the carpet and leave it for half an hour vertically to dry the water.

9. Lay the carpet once again and comb it by a piece of wood to remove the water in the place of drying.

10. Put the face of the carpet on the floor for tow hours after that spread it for complete drying.

 Concerning the silk carpet, it can be ironed by electric iron after drying it (at the silk temperature) in the knot direction.

You can have the wool and silk carpets cleaned by dry cleaning or the carpet laundry.
